LED Commercial Aviation Lamps

Clandell have developed the MLED387 LED lamp for aircraft cockpit and cabin illumination. The MLED range offers significantly improved levels of performance, light output and longevity. The range comprises a dimmable 387 cockpit instrument lamp and a shorter wide flood version for various cabin applications.

Design features include;

50,000 hour operating life – eliminating the need for routine service replacement
Service replacement.
Dimmable (6854BRD) T1 3/4 midget flange operating at both 14v and 28v to mimic classic #387 filament lamp, achieved through micro-electronics with circuitry protection. 100% viewing angle and warm white appearance (2,700 K).

Non Dimmable (1354) – T1 3/4 midget flange – 100% viewing angle – Light output 450mcd with cool white appearance (6,500 K) Internal circuitry prevents it from operating under 9v in order to avoid spikes and rogues during aircraft operation.
